Soap Making Master’s Program

This master’s level program is one of our first ever courses launched in 2017. HNU is a registered company and a sister concern of SGH which envisions to promote advancement in health and nutrition via research initiatives, community developmental projects and health activism in Pakistan.

The Soap Making Master’s Program (SMMP) teaches you how to make cold process soap using all the essentials needed to help you get started on making soaps right away!

Each class will have the trainer demonstrate cold process soap making, with participants completing all practicals at home, bringing their soaps to the next class for evaluation. At the end of the course, a formal online, MCQ based examination will be held to test the knowledge gained over the course of the program. It is compulsory for the student to pass all soap practicals and examination in order to receive the “certified savonier” certificate signed with the seal of approval of all the trainers.

Participants need to have the following tools at home for soap making:

  • Laser thermometer gun.
  • Hand held blender (stick blender).
  • Digital measuring scale (should measure in grams and kgs)
