Facial Cupping Therapy is a 3 hour class taught by Madiha Kauser, a cupping therapist certified from London. Learn more about the instructor here. The workshop walks students through the basics of facial muscles and pressure points with the help of demonstrative tools and hand outs. Facial cupping helps drain the lymphatic system of the face with the help of small suction cups, included in the course kit, applied to the face, reducing puffiness, fine lines, muscle tension and increasing blood flow leading to a more radiant looking healthy skin. 

The session will take our participants through a hands-on learning workshop where they will learn how to perform dry facial cupping with the help of silicon cups and cold pressed oil.
