Kombucha Brewing Workshop
The Kombucha Brewing Workshop, is a fairly new addition to our Gut Health Series offered only under the Health & Nutrition Union in Pakistan. Kombucha is a probiotic tea made with a symbiotic culture of bacteria and yeast (SCOBY) and has many gut related benefits ranging from managing IBS, GERD, acid reflux, indigestion, constipation & even stomach ulcers/cancers.
This 3 hour class taught by Saba Gul Hasan and demonstrated by Muhammad Umar, will take the participants through a hands on learning experience of Kombucha Brewing, from scratch. With this course you can easily brew kombucha at home for you and your family to enjoy.
